no, it's definitely the keyboard... it does suck. and the top keys are way too close to the top lip.

truphone does not work on it... fring does but its not integrated into the phone and that bites... I have always used truphone... on the n80, n95 and on the e71.... now I guess I'll have to wait for a firmware that adds the built-in voip client back in (crossing fingers) or just stick with fring....
